LTR starting to hit the wall, should I bail?

She's the mother of my child but starting to seriously hit the wall at 33.

Since we met I've improved in every area, herself on the other hand doesn't even exercise.

We're not married and I seriously don't even like having sex with her anymore (think of someone else before and during intercourse), should I just leave? We live together but no common laws, son is 2 (obviously want to be in his life as much as possible, I work 3/4 days per week and the property I own is paid off so I could easily make it work).
