TRP stresses that a man should not ask a woman how to date women. RPW was created by a man, and when a man comments on this sub, it is a good opportunity to practice telling the alphas apart from the betas and white knights. I've noticed that when men comment from a beta point of view on this sub, they are very harshly received, just as much as a woman on TRP.

RP men are trying to re-shape the way they view sexual dynamics and approaches. For many of the users, they have been listening to women give irrelevant and misleading advice for the better part of their lives. If you comment on TRP, the rule is "don't bring up the fact that you're a woman unless it's actually relevant." Issues occur when women give bad non-RP advice, or start talking about how x, y, and z doesn't apply to them specifically. The users don't care if ALL women actually do x, it's simply a useful thing to keep in mind because it will apply to most women to a greater or lesser extent. If women post valid threads and comments - they will be upvoted for the quality of their content and not simply because they're a woman.

I agree that there is a misunderstanding of the difference between rp males and rp women as far as valid advice and strategies go, it's not because they don't understand - only that they are speaking with their own personal goals in mind. If you see someone giving non-RP advice, report the comment and shoot a message to mod-mail. I know all of us have had to explain certain things to some of the male users at different times.

To a RP man (for example): "Have sex with me, be my best plate and maybe I'll commit" is a valid line of thinking that's perfectly compatible with his priorities as a RP man that's not particularly interested in a relationship and considers sex to be the most important thing. That advice however, is horrible for this sub and has nothing to do with being a RPW. The focus here is only on establishing and/or improving LTRs and/or marriages.

Often times we get gentlemen that have only just found TRP, and they're so enthusiastic that they start talking about things without fully understanding the nuances, which is fine, this is a learning process after all. I've seen more than one female user make insane assertions about RPW that have no actual relevance to this community, and another common theme here is this: we (RPW users) have to prevent newcomers from trying to change RPW as a sub into a forum that simply promotes 'go girl' mentalities.

No one is perfect, and everyone can learn. "Banning" men from commenting here would be an over-reaction that's entirely disproportionate to the actual problem.

I've commented a couple of times in TRP and haven't been attacked for it... But I only commented where I thought that I could contribute. I don't know why your post was deleted, maybe ask?

I never suggested banning men.

Your title says "why are men allowed to post here?" - the word "allowed" makes it sound as though they are simply tolerated, and should potentially have that privilege revoked. It was an assumption on my part, and I understand more clearly what you were driving at now.

Why is it that the insights of men into women's RP issues are somehow seen as more valuable than the insights of women into men's RP issues.

Because men won't say "just be yourself" when they mean "be yourself, as long as it's attractive and hot." That's the main issue with uninformed women trying to advise men - they don't actually know what they want and their answers are only half-formed (there's a lot of sub-text that many aren't even aware of). The users are also learning to become men, so they should ideally be learning to do so from other men. As I said, relevant advice that's on point, and understands the RP male sexual strategy will stand on its own merit, whether a woman or a man wrote the comment.

Men (in general) on the other hand - know exactly what they want and will say so. Unfortunately that sometimes leads to some conversations where it has to be explained to the man in question that their opinion is not reflective of RPW goals.

Why is it that the insights of men into women's RP issues are somehow seen as more valuable

They aren't more valuable, especially if they're off-base and irrelevant. Again, if you see bad advice, please hit the report button.

I honestly feel that it is quite hypocritical

RP isn't about equality or fairness, only about understanding different dynamics and figuring out how to achieve specific goals.

But apparently the mods do not want to facilitate this kind of discussion

I'm engaging you in discussion and willing to talk about it. That said, your post is a hair's breadth away from breaking the 'do not bad-mouth TRP' rule. You made several false assumptions in your initial post:

When a woman posts in TRP, she is heavily downvoted & often her comments are deleted (even when the woman states that she is a RPW).

If the advice she is giving isn't relevant to the RP male mating strategy - or if her point is a weak one, then she will draw fire. Writing a comment doesn't entitle you to having that comment upvoted. Lots of women go to TRP with a "snowflake" syndrome, and think it's their place to 'enlighten' the male users. That said, the same thing happens here when a man comes in gun-ho and thinks RPW is simply a place for him to start 'teaching' RP basics to the ladies.

They often give some pretty awful advice.

I concede that male users sometimes give bad-advice, so do the female users. We (the moderators) clean it up when we see it, but reporting off-topic/inappropriate comments is the best way to proceed.

I won't be subscribing to a sub where honest questions are ignored/deleted.

It wasn't an honest question - it was a bitter one. No one cares if you subscribe here or not, the ladies that participate on this sub are here to improve and get better, if you make this 'problem' the reason you leave - that's on you and no one else.

This sub is not a sales pitch

many of us do not post in TRP because TRP and RPW dont agree on everything.

i mostly just browse the sub, and comment every once in awhile.

No I am saying anyone could make an account and comment as a woman. Verifying a woman would entail the poster submitting a picture of themself holding a sign that says their username and the date and Red Pill Women on the sign to the mods. The mods then make her a verified RPW. Then you change the rules that only verified RPW can post here and men can only comment. That's the solution to this problem.

We don't do this because privacy is always a concern. We do a good job of weeding out the trolls that are out to cause problems.
