How do I deal with the most atrociously behaved woman I've ever met while still being my respectful RPW self?

I would ignore her, completely. Don't respond to her, don't look at her, don't engage her. It might be rude, but I don't think that matters at this point. I don't see a need to confront her; obviously no one likes her but I think it would reflect badly on you if you tried to put her in her place or something like that. It's not your job to teach her that her behaviour is unacceptable; everyone ignoring her is already doing that.
