Texting in a LTR

If you're in an LTR you can give a bit of leeway on the whole 'only text logistics' rule - but not much. You're not an emotional tampon, you're not supposed to be available 24/7. That's why you shouldn't be texting so much.

She's complaining because you've withdrawn attention from her. She likes you constantly texting because it validates her and makes her feel wanted, now that you've pulled it back she's missing that validation.

The difficult part here is creating a reason to not text so much. Are you usually busy? Or are you always glued to your phone, but just not texting as much on purpose? The idea is to actually have something to do instead of texting 24/7

When you aren't around, you should be missed. It's hard to miss the man that doesn't stop texting.

You're busy. You're a man on a mission. If she doesn't know you have a mission, besides her, then why not?

Men on missions are attractive. They "fit" the chicks, the going out, their other friends around in the cracks.

The surprising thing is that you become even more attractive when you give less attention. But it has to be less attention because of your mission, not just random ignoring.

Ltr complained once that I don’t text enough during the day and it always seems like she has to initiate contact. I was like.... well I’m working so....

That stopped the complaints.
