There's definitely a couple of angles here. First the most obvious, yes the PussyPass is real, statistically women get lesser punishment for the same crime, or even worse crimes. Like, why is her restitution so small?
White collar crime.

The black guy, who's addicted to Meth, is technically doing a violent crime. Because that toy gun was painted all black, it looked REAL (what are you 12 years old? This isn't a fucking joke to point toy guns in public). Point any kind of gun at me and that would be his last day on earth.
Question is.... will 1.5 years straighten him out enough from his meth addiction? He should be sent to in-patient treatment and mental health facility if you ask me. Jail isn't even a good place for addictions.

While women always get lighter sentences this is mainly a problem with the ridiculous drug laws that can have such long sentences for addicts. Dude got only 3 moths for pointing the fake gun at people and over a year for having a pipe with some meth residue in it, that's beyond idiotic.

The headline is misleading. He almost certainly got the jail time for the drug possession, not the pointing of the toy gun. I doubt he got prison for the "disturbing the peace" charge. He certainly would for a drug charge because of America's war on drugs, which granted is very stupid.

Still, I don't see how any man would have gotten away with the theft of $76k with just probation.
