No not at all. Who gives a fuck what people think? I'm like this too when I am out in public but it serves me well. I'm not out there to appease to social cues. Did Clint Eastwood give a shit ? Did James Dean? Nope. Not all men are smiling idiots.

I actually get this a lot too. I've got a resting bitch face and have been told my eyes are very intense and can be scary. Been told by some people I'm intimidating and have a frightening glare.

Idk what it is that I can do to fix it; I think it's just mindset. I have a lot of anger at the world and aggressive inner drive, which is probably reflected in my eyes.

It is not necessarily a bad thing, but can scare a lot of girls away, especially if you're not super attractive; can then just come across as creepy.

Depends. I’m like this alot because of the my nose bridge and forehead come together. Like Clay Matthews. I love it though cause some girls call the look I have sexy. The only way it ever hurts me is people always tell me once they really meet me they would’ve approached me but I always look mean. Really can’t help it though unless I make the effort to do so just because that’s just my normal face.

Extremely contextual. Can be a good and bad thing. I’m from an urban city, so i have to mean mug and look serious to signal to other men I’m not a bitch. When I was living in the suburbs for grad school I was a lot more light hearted and charming.

you are getting told this by girls you are talking to? sometimes its because they can't read you AND they try to get you to open up...DON'T worry about it...ignore or brush it off...BUT maybe take it as a clue and loosen up just a tad...make a joke BUT don't immediately put on a smile or defend or explain yourself...

No. I get told the same thing often. I have a bit of a "resting bitch face". As long as you are friendly and outgoing, people will get to know you just have a serious look to you.

I get told the same thing. It's why I'll never understand why feminists bitch about how demeaning it is for men to tell women to smile. Everyone gets told that, and it's fucking annoying for us all, you don't own that issue.

If I'm feeling cheeky when someone tells me that, I make some obnoxiously huge open-mouth smile and say "better??"

Otherwise I just say "will do, thanks" and move on.
