Personally, I do mild cardio just for the endorphin benefit; it makes me feel great.

Aesthetically, heavy lifting is essential. Use higher Rep ranges for fuller looking muscles, lower Rep ranges and heavier lifts for denser muscles.

To cut fat, diet is 99% of it. Cardio isn't necessary but can provide some hormonal benefit. This is just my experience.

If you're looking to have a stellar physique with just cardio, it won't happen my friend.

Muscularity is about more than looking aesthetic for females.

Lifting heavy weights and carrying optimal muscle mass also increases your testosterone. That is a direct and linear correlation to your mental health, confidence, assertiveness, not to mention libido.

Most blue-bros are also woefully ignorant on what it's like getting punched in the face. Muscle is strength, strength is the ability to defend yourself from bullshit. Add jiu jitsu or another practical martial art for full effect.

Turning random vag into niagara falls is just a happy side effect of weight-lifting. Plus cardio can't help you when it's time to pick her up, pin her against the wall, etc. One of my favorites is putting a girl on my shoulders for some pussy lickin'. They don't forget that shit.
