Just let it go man, their are so many fetishes out there that really are hard to understand why people do it, but they do it anyways. It's simple, really. Intense pleasure has similarities with pain. Also pain releases endorphins, i.e. natural pleasure drugs. To understand it would be complicated. Let's instead change perspective and see what everyone sees in this situation.

Typically the new guy is called a bull or something. Partly because he's usually a bigger guy with big muscles and a decent dick. As you can see this is an identity issue if you think about it. These aren't really fetishes, they are men who are not even betas (that is below a beta) who have so little self worth that they see themselves as unworthy of the ground their wives walk on. Whether he or his wife brought it up doesn't matter because he's still a fucking loser.

The guys who go for this are trying to 'own' being beta. There are lots of humans, so practically every mating strategy will be tried within the population. This is as beta as possible.
