OK man.

You were weak. You made a big mistake. Lots of big mistakes. You commited to a slut and let her treat you like trash. Yeah that sucks. Thats done, dont look back. You cant change the past but you can build yourself a better future. It only depends on you and the effort you are willing to put in. Being sorry for yourself wont do any good, and no one gives a shit about what you did and what you think.

Read the sidebar and start improving yourself. Read the sidebar books and start applying in real life. Lift. Stop giving fucks about stupid shit and shit you cant change. Worry about what you can change.

Here's what I did:

The boy I was before the pill is dead. Anyone who I was beta orbiting hasn't been texted for weeks. Any female 'friend' got cut off if they didn't text me at least once in the last two weeks. In short I cut off any beta based relationships.

I've started keto and doing sprints. Going to add in weight training soon.

Lastly, and this is the hardest part, I had to accept women for what they are. I had to accept that their illogical and seemingly malicious behavior was just part of the package. Don't question it, dont be mad at it, just learn to work around it.

Let me reconstruct this argument, they did offer you good advice, they're right we shouldn't dwell too often on the past, however that advice was given for all the wrong reasons. "It's okay honey I'm done whoring around, just forget about it, you should be happy that you got the prize :)" when in reality it's shit packaged in pretty Christmas wrap. You need to let go of this so you could finally learn from your mistake and get on with your life.

The past is over. Thinking about it or giving it one mental thought does absolutely nothing for you. There are plenty of books around this concept. Pick a few up if you need to.

The second you LET GO of that, it really does not matter. You get to write a brand new damn script from this second forward. You don't ever have to put up with anyone like that again. All you have to do is DEMAND better from every relationship from now on

some people can be dicks here. lots of times it's pretty warranted but you were beaten down by a BPD chick pretty hard. I've been there myself. it's one of the worst things that can happen to a dude. you need to cut off this chick and let time heal your wounds. game other chicks and keep reading TRP.

So do you also think guys who get laid less are more valuable because that's how it works for women? A crucial part of whole basis of TRP is that women are different than men and their value is determined differently. Can't turn a hoe into a housewife but a weak beta loser can definitely turn himself into a beast, there's plenty of success stories out there.

I did something similar when in my mid-30s! I'd already had multiple LTRs and fucked a good number of women casually, etc. Point is, I was a middle aged man with a career and multiple college degrees, experience with women, and I fell in love with a BPD weird bitch because she stroked my ego and sucked me in.

I'm still a little sore at myself too, years later. So, don't feel so bad.
