You see this kind of thing every time a woman who isn't fat does something like this. That "fitness mom" from a while back made the same whales even more mad.

That aside, even if she were really thin that's still kind of odd. Is she really short and/or her 4 year old really big for her age? 4 year olds are typically what, between 3-4 feet tall at most?
