Trouble with Frame

I think the simplest explaination of frame is, for every single action whether it be conversation wise or others, you are keeping it tight with the way you want things to be.

ie, you found out your ex cheated on you and logically you think that such action is unacceptable and you have no say about giving her a second chance. Thus you next her without justifying yourself or reacting to all of her arguments eventhough she is attacking you personally.

Sounds like you lack inner frame. Either build your inner frame by increasing your own sense of self-worth through improvement, or "fake it til you make it" and project a strong frame despite your inner feelings. Both ways will increase your inner frame, choose whats best for you.

You lack the two classical virtues. Passion and courage.

Decide what you want most, long term. Decide what is the best attitude to have in order to get what you want most out of a situation.

Then expect other people to disagree with you. Visualize yourself getting what you want despite the fact that everyone around you is actively disapproving except the person who is offering what you want.

Then focus on that attitude. Focus on what you want.
