Disclaimer: I look for LTRs with wholesome women and am not really in it to just get my dick wet with as many plates as possible. Spinning plates for me is a means to an end, not an end unto itself.

I despise liars. Just like men, there are women out there who are very good bullshitters. Women who will figure out what kind of woman you are looking for, act like that girl for a while, get your time and investment, and proceed to fuck around on the side. This goes beyond girls who just change their minds after a few months or years of dating.. it's the deliberate manipulators I am talking about. The ones looking for betabux knowing all along she will never love them.

The reason this is so abhorrent is because it wastes my time. And to be blunt, alot of girls are REALLY fucking good at it. Hard to spot a faker sometimes.

Vice versa, I respect women who play it straight and keep it real. If I'm dating a chick and she comes to me and says hey, I'm really considering an open relationship or I'm really attracted to so-and-so can we maybe play around a little? I'm going to be grateful and respect the fuck out of that person. I'll never be exclusive to her from that day forward, but I will respect her and we can proceed to have fun and not get hung up on a failing romance. Time and energy saved.

Example: My previous GF told me before we ever had sex that she had HPV. She was real broken up over it and you could tell it was hard for her to admit that to someone she really wanted, and afraid I might turn her away, but she did it anyways. That honesty was the basis for our future relationship.

P.S. never contracted it as it is very difficult for men to catch, even though we fucked raw, and also isn't really a problem for guys. Worst scenario really is a man being a carrier, giving it to a girl and then if it's a nasty strain that girl can develop cysts or cervical cancers. But, never caught it!

I am 35, building up my own business, and looking for a LTR, and hard nexting girls with behaviour I don't like as I don't have time to waste on low value women. Also, I have had my fill of women, and don't care about maintaining multiple plates as I don't have time for it. So the women that I date have to have high value and bring something more then sex to the table. Here is the list of things that I respect, (and nexted if a girl didn't have).

A girl that takes care of herself; Eats healthy, exercise, clean/neatly dressed.
She has a real career going and has her life together. Living in NYC I meet a lot of "artsy" girls, who have no real career, working on low end jobs (think yoga instructor, barista, etc) and barely making rent while trying to make it big (in acting/writing/ballet whatever else). Some of them are really cute, but they basically wasted their 20s and have nothing to show for and their looks are fading as well. They put themselves in a position where their relationship value is pretty low. They fine to have fun with, but not to build a life with.
Not a attention seeker, either by behaviour or dressing way too hoochy. Classy girls just don't.
Not lazy, or a lier, or a flaker....
When we go out, she puts some effort into it, pays some of the costs of dating. I have nexted many girls that didn't even bother to "fake pay attempt". Basically, acting like by just coming there they are making a huge favor. These types of girls are usually low value.
No trashy behavior like excessive drinking, too much drugs (i.e. not just tried few things, but being a repetitive user).
Must be smart and intelligent to talk to.
Doesn't believe in horoscope, gem stones and other 'spiritual' b.s. like that ( (I have dated a couple of those type of women, and they are crazy).

That's a very, very easy question. Being deserving of respect is simple, and those who aren't are despised.
Don't be an annoying bitch. You can do whatever you want, however you want, just as long as you don't put your finger (or nose) on our nose.
You see, if you do it, we incur in an issue. We respond to these situations with physical violence. And we can't really do it although these bitches push ALL the right buttons. Tricky. And it sucks.

Anyway, to go past your question, let's qualify women.

One step further, there are hoes, and there are other women. Hoes are not eligible for relationships under any circumstances. Now, hoes are called that because they don't really mind being non eligible, they don't want a relationship. Some hoes DO string guys along. Some folks here are pissed about it. It's not nice of the hoes, but women shall women and men shall men. Unpleasant but those who fight the reality live a life of frustration and defeat. Guys need to wise up.

Taking hoes apart, there are shitty women and decent women. Both seek relationships, both enter relationships. The shitty women flirt around while committed, the decent women don't.

That's just that. Past this enters the RP mind about relationships. Which I'd love to make mainstream, for the sake of my fellow men:
Women need to be good enough for two things. The first one is for what we're giving up, which is our hard wired sexual strategy. And this is huge, we'll become batshit anguished because we're not acting polygamous. The second thing woman can actually control, which is, also be good enough for the trouble and the hassle she is.

Of course, this doesn't account for the mentally ill. Some mentally ill aren't deserving of respect because respecting them is dangerous.
