Not that you should need an excuse to turn down booze (grow a pair) but if you really need one... play a sport, and play it seriously. I'm not talking an intramural shit league on campus. Either a varsity, or at least serious club sport, or some kind of gym or whatever.

I ran D1 track and CC in college, my roomates were hard core frat guys... I'd go party with them on friday nights and when people handed me drinks I'd be like "nah, gotta big meet tomorrow" and no one really cared.

Other options: 1) Offer to be DD, people love having a DD take them bar hopping, hell my one friend with a sweet ride would always be glad to give me his keys to take us all around in. Good for me since I wasn't burning gas. 2) Say you are super sick/hungover from previous night (obviously only works if they did not see you the night before)

What frat makes you smoke? Most people are non-smokers. Just politely decline.

On drinking, keep it to 1-2 drinks. If you are in a mixed drink situation, at some point switch over to soda water with a lime wedge. Nobody will know or care.

It's college, and you are in a top frat. Live a little. There will literally never be a better time in your life to get drunk now and then. But keep balance. Don't drink 4 bottles of tequila a week, but don't be a teetotaller during the frats annual blowout.

As for smoking, use Vapes. There are capes for nicotine and Vapes for weed. Cigarette replacements are a great social tool, just like cigarettes. Weed Vapes are just a healthier non-combustible alternative to getting weed.

Nobody's gonna judge you from turning down weed...I did all the time, to the point where it was a big deal to guys when I would say yes and smoke with them. Good luck getting out of drinking, it's the easiest way to make friends, have a blast, and get laid. You can stay in shape while getting drunk all the time, there's a reason frat boys are stereotyped as meatheads.

In order if these things bother you, take N-acetyl cystine, take a decent PCT, don't do anything illegal, don't be a bitch, don't get drunk to the point where you aren't aware of things, socialize sober as well, it's part of being in a top frat, whatever other benefits like career is why you're doing it. If you're in a top frat you are above the average.
