I think you said it yourself. You were the beta. She was your alpha. Is it possible that your happiness was way too dependant on her? Focus on yourself, learn a new hobby or skill, lift, diet, read. Become the man you want to be, your own source of happiness, but do it for yourself. No one else.

Then hit the self improvement like a mother fucker. Lift. Meditate. Diet. Budget. Read. Learn. All that good shit. A solid monk mode will get you on track.

The goal is to focus on yourself. Your life revolves around you. This is naturally attractive to ladies and it also works as a buffer against the kind of feelings you have now.

It's important to not linger on it too long. Get the fuck over it basically but only once you've done what grievijg you need to do. Look up the stages and run through them in an hour.

It's life and the game isn't going to stop. Just play better.
