You have to get out there, for now, throw everything you know out the window and simply shut the fuck up.

Ice break first, ask questions, use kino, set time limits for each interaction, move to the next person. Make it a game. Talk to everyone you can. Every time you do it come home that night and write down what did work and what didn't. Try to keep them to short bullet points. "Didn't escalate", or "said something cringy", or "asked questions about something negative" vs "escalated quickly", or , "number close, barely said a word". Use this journal to look back and see what is and isn't working for you.
stay in the gym, ask for advice and help if you need it, join physical hobbies that involve teams.
join meetup dot com, find and go twice a week, if it's your scene, stick around. Build adventures (which are really just a curious and accepting frame of mind).
listen to the art of likeability podcast. It's free. Dude is an excellent social engineer, partially blue, mostly Red. The hard fact is that some of both traits have their place purely dependant on context.
don't talk shit about others, forget backstabbing, negging, ect.
internalize that you're the prize, no need to prove it if you believe it entirely.
meditate. I heavily recommend it, every day, start small and build up.
read "bang" and "day bang" by roosh.
be prepared to walk when things go sour. No biggie, they've missed the prize, there's hundreds of others waiting to compete. Don't be butthurt.
small invitations make everything, "yeah I've got ten, let's do coffee", or, "speak on that. Sounds interesting".
a monk mode may be good for you, read up and consider it heavily.
