I'd feel an urge to do and tell someone in your place, which would put me in a very shitty situation. Don't underestimate this. Make sure you have someone to vent to.
Second, don't have a reason. Don't be a suspect. Don't act differently towards him.

This is a weird question. Either do it or don't. Jail sucks and is for scum. Can you handle possibly being in jail for a while and putting your life on hold while homeboy is free to go for your little bro again?

How sure are you that you won't get caught? Do you have prior offended? What are laws like in your state? If someone were to find this post of yours it would become premeditated crime which is usually harder to get out of.
