Maaaaaaaan. Here's the deal. You don't use RP STRATEGY to fix damaged goods. You use BP. RP theory still applies, it's still about attraction and comfort, sidebar still applies, but to get her healthy, you use BP. Don't dread, among other things.

Basically, it means you bust your ass. REALLY hard. It's a LOT of work, she'll undergo therapy, she'll probably try and be emotionally abusive towards you at some points (don't let it happen), you have to be a very comforting guy, probably attraction and sex life will dwindle in the process and you'll have to work it out once she's ok.
And the great fruit you'll reap in the end, be amazed, is a relationship. She won't owe you SHIT for your work.

It's pretty much like LTRing a CC rider. LOTS of work, WAY more complicated, WAY more need for frame, WAY more likely to get you screwed, but without the bonus of a very sexual woman. (the way she'll fuck your life won't be the same as a CC's, but she will)

So, if you're talking about a hell of a girl here, I could even say you're cool to try, BUT even if you ARE talking about an unicorn, there's one thing.
She's 20. In college.
Once she overcomes these issues she'll be AWALT, hypergamous, nagging, bitching, and you will be an uber beta who stuck at her side on her worst, you'll be UNWORTHY of her best.

You will not get the relationship in the end. You'll invest a lot of your time, money, dedication, and rest assured, you'll get cheated on, branch swinged, or if you are not (unlikely), you'll be left with a nagging girl that won't EVER be pleased (in every aspect) with you because she's ON HER PRIME and you're BETA, the looser to whom her former crappy self was worth just so much effort.

Man, get out. If you want to help her, do it as her friend. Don't invest a lot of yourself.

The only fun thing about girls like this is that they tend to be wildcats in the sack, so you will get to do whatever you have ever wanted to do to a chick.

The downside is, don't catch feelze because she is WAY, TOTALLY FUCKED IN THE HEAD.

BTW this guy is not attractive, maybe a 4 (short fat old balding), cocky but lame, kinda whiney, maybe a bit sociopathic I don't know, but he intimidates me not in the least save this tiny hold he still holds on her.
