I do longterm noncommited too and i dont have heart (yeah i know) to dont give them anything.
So i do but in cocky funny way. Aka giving them overtly kinky sexual toys or some superslutty clothes for bdays xmass, a&a through convo about how valentine is oppressive for men since we dont get steak&bj day then i get steak&bj day and girl gets some public outing for valentine. Nothing fancy, expensive or even close to some sappy romantic bs of course.
Trouble is that they usually try to use it as window for relationship upgrade no matter what you do anyway.
So either nothing or something expect drama and potentionally losing girl in following weeks.

I used to write 1-2 page hand written stream of consciousness stuff. If any of what came out was any good, I'd copy it and give it to a plate.

As an aside, I journal using this method five times a week. Once you can go for 5 minutes straight with cohesive thought, the writing improves drastically. I wrote for almost an hour straight the other day

I read somewhere (and took the advice myself) that if you every "get" something for a chick, it should be an adventure type thing that you wanted to do anyway. That way, she is just allowed to join your frame with something you always wanted to do but maybe haven't yet.
Price may be a concern to you, but I found doing things I normally wouldn't do by myself with a chick was fun and rewarding, so the cost was worth it. Obviously Briffault's Law applies.

That's a little harsh though and she'd next me, which is not ideal. To keep a plate spinning smoothly beyond a couple months you gotta have balance of alpha and beta (but stay cognizant). I'm thinking a 1/2 to 2/3 reciprocity would be fair (not meaning I'm gonna spend $100-133 on her, but the equivalent in time/effort). Doesnt TRP preach this ratio for returning positive reinforcement? Maybe I've already made up my mind that I wanna do something since she's displayed good behavior. Hamsters gon hamst.

Your logic therefore leads to an eventual beta-ness over a long enough length of time. Over time do not become blue or beta, over time continually AND ALWAYS 1) further raise your value, 2) further become red 3) further increase masculine polarity.
She's dating you because of who you are, a man. Not some pussy-whipped mama's boy SCARED OF HER LEAVING.
Actionable advice: Be wary of your own hamster. It's spinning. Get hold of your thoughts and feelings in a journal and seriously think about the relationships you're involved in. Sounds like you're emotionally attached and thus fear her leaving if you're bold enough to take risks. Don't feminise yourself man. We need more good men in this world.

I don't know what ratios TRP preaches. This is not mathematics in any case but you having to make decisions for yourself.
