1 - You will be stalling your college game for her;
2 - She will have incentives to cheat on you or dump you when she's in college. She will probably do it and grow to reset for not having done it sooner;
3 - YOU are too young, SHE is too young too.

Still want the LTR? You're wanting wrong. But if you're in an area where all above is bullshit, this is RP's primer:
Women give sex for commitment, men give commitment for sex. SHE brings up the commitment talk. If she's too insecure to ask you for it, she might prefer to break up because of discomfort, or date someone else too to try to have you jealous.
If she goes for the break up, challenge her at this point until she gathers the courage to ask.
If she dates someone else, forget about it, she was not ready and you would have been rendered guilty for of the mistake that fucked you up if you had tried.

First - you're really too young to be settling down. If I had it to do over again, I'd date around until after college.

Second - No. Women like mystery, and uncertainty makes 'em hot. If you want an LTR, wait. The subject needs to be brought up by HER, not you.

In some cases I think it's can be fine for a man to bring it up. Those ages give me pause though. Are you in school? Is she? Same schools, different schools?

You might not want to cling to this too hard.
