What I would say: 1) lethargy is the least of the problems you have 2) are you masturbating a lot? I felt lethargic and angry in my youth when over-doing it - try and cut that out 3) stop wasting time trolling, if someone disagrees with you, you can just move on 4) you've got to find someone to talk to - a friend or paid professional 5) spend time constructively, exercising, weight lifting, watching educational youtube videos, reading useful books, hobbies, public speaking (toastmasters) 6) experiment with different over the counter medication, try zinc, try magnesium or get a full blood analysis. There may be something you are deficient in.

Well done for posting and sharing. Listen to the advice on here. Do not just carry on regardless as it sounds like you will have an unhappy and unfulfilled life.
