It's possible. If you attain very high value on a group of people she knows, that has higher percieved value than her, then she's yours. That simple.

Girls aren't stupid.

They know by instinct that no beta ever became alpha. You have to start with people who never knew the truth so until you break down and drop the act and show you're beta, they won't know.

You will - it can't be stopped because your beta mind demands you be a supplicator and follower. It infects every corner of every thought with no effort at all.

There is no omega. No sigma. They are made up on reddit and aren't a part of science. Alpha & beta are about dominance in all mammal life and have been a part of science for generations.

At best if you stop acting beta around the girls who know you as beta they will be happier because they can't respect a beta. They'll still know it's true but it's much less offensive. Like if they knew you as a man who never showered or used deodorant, then you did forever after. They'll really appreciate that but they'll always remember when you didn't.

For all practical purposes you have no chance.

One way it could work is like this.

Stop hanging out with her. Don't leave in a huff. Just when she gets in touch with you tell her you're busy, are going on a date or met someone.
Slowly lose contact (but keep her on social media).
Become a different person. Not so easy! Raise your SMV in a way that is congruent with your personality. This may mean getting ripped, getting a cool new job or excelling at some hobby.
Meet other women.
Truly not care about her.
Meet her again as a changed man with social proof. At this point you could easily fall back into the old frame of mind so you'll need to be vigilant.

A shortcut that could take less time and that will rely on luck is the same as the above. Stop hanging out with her, no drama. Just disappear. Start dating and hanging around with other women.

She may become jealous... but only if you had some value to begin with in her eyes. But to be honest it doesn't sound like you had.

Just have a fight with her, go radio silence, and come back as a new person.

Show her you don't care anymore, eventually she'll want her beta puppy back and you'll have your chance to fuck her.

OR she will just forget you.

Both scenarios are a win imo, either you fuck her or you remove her from your life and move on.
