This not only A&As the skinny comment, but it also allows you to showcase your height. If you could pull this one off confidently, you would instantly regain the dominant position.

My go to line is I say I'm drastically shorter then I am. Being 6'4 when a girl asks how tall I am I just tell them 5'10. If they continue to talk about it I up my rediculousness I tell them I spent my youth working on my height. Then branch away from that into grabbing a drink and trying to escalate
