Human nature dictates that we are attracted to things we can't get. So, in an ironic way, the best way of getting her back is to ignore the hell out of her, raise your SMV, and if possible let her friends know that you're sleeping with someone else.

There is little advice to give you because any advice you would recieve will not work. At this point the ball is in her court, no matter how many different strategies you try you will never have the power in the relationship again because you have such crippling oneitis. And no, full in depth conversations doesn't matter. You can try to hit her up, but I would not be surprised if she's goes and bangs someone else. What did you do to fuck up?
