I agree with the other poster that there's no real need to say anything about it, and dude ... if you'd already busted twice that night, that's really, really nothing to worry or be ashamed about.

If you do feel like you're lacking in stamina or ever have a real ED issue, check out /r/nofap, but in this case I'd say you were just spent and need not give it another thought.

The times I've had this happen, or similarly, not been able to bust a grape, I have never apologized. Why the fuck would you do that?

From my experience it makes the girl really self conscious that they aren't pretty enough or good enough in bed....which is fine, it's a form of dread. So if she mentions it in this context, A&A.

Otherwise, don't bring it up, it's a total non-factor unless you can't get it up at all, in which case you need to see a doctor.

Wow man even a younger guy needs a refractory period. If you really want to address it learn what your optimal period is and time your sex accordingly.

For example, bust once, if you know you need about half an hour to rebound have a chat, maybe a drink or offer to jump in the shower together - kill time. Keep it fun and light.
