I like answering questions on here, I learn and digest information by putting it in my own words and repeating it to someone else so I don't mind answering the simple questions people have by repeating shit from the sidebar. But I have to admit, I've made and other people have made some very inaccurate assumptions and given incorrect advice because people don't flesh out their questions and provide context, there have even been times where I've flipped my opinion more than twice depending on the information people give me in replies and gotten hostile replies when I regurgitate RP posts to people, I really think that there should be a 'how to ask a good question' sticky post or sidebar post, I have some ideas, but I'm not endorsed so I'm not sure how that works.

I don't know why the red pill handbook doesn't get any love IMO it has more useful information than the sidebar

I was just like you, spamming those same petty questions, but I made the effort of reading the sidebar, recommended texts and doing my own research to figure out how I could improve myself.

Here's the thing:

AskTRP hasn't changed, you changed. Before, you were not capable of noticing the all the low-quality posts. After a few months of sidebar reading, you are. Congratulations, it means you're moving in the right direction

Be careful about criticizing those coming up behind you for doing exactly what you did

Asking new-guy questions is part of the process of unplugging, and this is the forum for that. The answer will often be that they haven't read the sidebar enough, but they still need a place to post the questions and get the ball rolling

I've lurked here for 6-10 months - Read the sidebar but I'll admit I still don't 'Get it'

Hard to explain but I see people who say they came here , read the sidebar absorbed it and everything changed for them.I don't know what i'm supposed to be doing

Asktrp is just a small supplement for people not really grasping the core concepts. I think there's a presumption that these people are all reading, studying, and will know better in six months.

I just pass over these most of them are by 15-20 yr olds that just haven't lived long enough to have balls.
