Here, you either;

Get a job through friends / family (existing or building a network).

Having qualifications or a degree (and unless your lucky you still need a good network or relevant experience).

Or apprenticeships (Money starts off low but at the point where your able to company hop you can catch up). You should be able to search for ones in your area. If you don't like academic learning or the thought of having student debt they can be good.

Networking. I'm in middle management, and 80% of hires come down to one thing: Personal Knowledge of the Applicant. It's not how good your resume is (but don't ignore it) and it's not how well you interview (but don't blow it), it's all about knowing who is hiring.

Ask ALL your friends. Especially ask your friend's PARENTS. Ask your teachers. Ask your boss at your current shit job. Ask your relatives.
