This story is more how I interact with men, but I feel it aligns with TRP closely enough to be asked here.

Last night I went to a party with one of my friends, let's call him J. I volunteered to be DD because J usually ends up driving people to parties and I wanted to be fair.

What happened at the party is irrelevant, although J had 5-6 drinks so be was most likely on a buzz. I was sober. After the party, J gets word that some girls are DTF and we should mosey on over to their house. J gets 2 other guys to come and everything seems like it'll be a great way to end the night.

Here's where the problem starts. J and the other guys say they need to bring the girls alcohol so they can fuck. They scrounge some open beers left over from the party (the place was almost dry) and tell me to open the car. The car is my father's; he allows me to drive his car and go to parties so I abide by what few rules he sets for me. I'm underage, they're a mix of tipsy/drunk and will be having almost full cans of beer in my car and some girls too. The conversation unfolds somewhat like this:

Me: No open alcohol in the car. It's not mine.

J: Come on dude. I won't spill any.

Me: I can't trust you to do that, my father doesn't allow it, and what if we get pulled over? No open alcohol in the car.

J: Fine.

Me: (proceeds to unlock car)

J: (whispering to other guy) Just cover it up and get in.

Me: What did I say?

J: Yea, sorry dude I'll put them down.

Me: Ok (I unlock the car)

(Everyone gets in)

J: Alright I'll give you the directions...

Me: I said no alcohol in the car.

J: Wtf dude, what's your problem?

Me: I have RULES. Leave the beer or walk.

J: I'm not getting out.

Me: Get out.

Other Guy: I can chug the beer, is that fine?

Me: Yes, as long as you drink before I start driving.

J: Why do you have to be such a faggot?

Me: Get out of my car. Now.

J: No.

Me: J, I will hurt you if you do not get out.

J: Come on man.

Me: GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY CAR! IF YOU CAN'T ACCEPT MY RULES THEN WALK! GET OUT!

Me and J are fairly large dudes, but everyone eventually left with eyes wide. I've never yelled at anyone like that in my life. Blood was rushing into my head and I felt dizzy. I decided to call it a night and abandon them there, leaving them to walk to the girls' house. I just want to know if I made the right call to get aggressive, and if I held my frame tight enough, because I don't know why they wouldn't respect my rules if my frame was good? I'm new to TRP and still trying to get this stuff down.
