I don't want this to seem like a sob story, I am just looking for advice.
About four years ago I discovered /fit/ and became "red pilled". I went from your average beta male to someone who takes care of themselves. In doing this, I became outwardly confident. I assumed that after achieving a high SMV and getting lots of life experience that I would become confident for real but this has not been my experience.
I still have "approach anxiety". Even if I have had a ton of positive signs from women, I still think I am going to get rejected before I talk to them. I still do approach women and it usually goes well but the feeling remains.
It's the same thing with other aspects of my life. I go to a good university and get good grades but I still don't feel like I am smart enough for my major.
What can I do to stop feeling inadequate?
