If I could go back to being a teenager one of the things I'd do is become friends with absolutely everyone. If you move around a lot I'm sure you have a shit ton of interesting stories or places to talk about.

Be that guy that's friends with everyone and gets invited to parties, don't just look for the top guys. You might not be able to get much of an SMV but you can get a massive social value, which at your age is more important.

Go to parties, decide if you want to do risky things for sex. I never lost my virginity at that age. To do so would have required me doing extra-risky things. I was at parties, there were girls going for me but I had to turn them down. My decision: if I'm 19 and she's 15 but shouldn't really be at this party where the average age is 17 - I should not touch her. I turned down a few this way.

19's the drinking age where I am so my position was having a car and legal ability to buy alcohol and cigarettes, which naturally made me get invited every time.

As a 19 year old who has gotten some, I would say find friends at local universities and become "That guy" who is not always around but when you are things are just better. Girls like something different and if you present yourself well you'll definitely get some action. First try open college/university buildings where people gather and just strike off a conversation with guys you think will be going places and have similar interests as you. Make sure to get their numbers and text them occasionally so that they'll trust you enough to hang out with you later. Spring break is upon us and this definitely hook up season and the parties are coming. Make sure you let them know you're down to party with them and if you have access to alcohol you're in almost every time. Eventually they'll invite you to a party and this is where you put your game on full blast. I don't care if the word is overused but you need to bring your A game swag.
