Could be lots of things. In that instance she wanted to be alone with your roommate and he denied her, is my take. Could be you are not very attractive and your "not bad looking" is indeed bad looking. Are you hygienic? There are literally hundreds of reasons that it could be and none of us can really tell you man.

They see you as a weak beta. You're invisible and disposable to them. Women are always bitchy and dismissive to men they view as weak or low value.

A few areas to work on:

Posture. Of course, everyone is telling you to lift, but this will also help with your posture. Especially deadlifts and rows. Also, stretch out your pecs and hip flexors. A good way to do this is by grabbing both sides of a doorway and leaning in, letting your chest and pelvis slink forward. Do this twice a day (I do it once when I'm leaving my bedroom in the morning, and once when I'm going in to my bedroom at night, easy to remember that way).
Vocal tonality. Practice speaking in a loud, deep, booming voice. Not yelling, just loud, there is a difference. Search google and/or youtube for how to project your voice and how to lower it. Voice warmups used by singers and speakers help with this. Speak louder than you think you should. Then louder than that. Seriously, people will listen to you. If people complain that you talk to loud, just turn your ear toward them and say "what?" even louder.
Speak slowly, and pause before responding to people. If you come off as eager to say something, it sounds like you're seeking validation. If someone asks you a question, induce a thoughtful, pregnant pause for just a moment before responding. When you have something to say, say it slowly and refuse to let anyone interrupt you. Don't raise your voice or change your pitch when someone tries, just keep talking and finish your thought. Don't trail off at the end either, finish with a confident full stop. If the person trying to interrupt you keeps doing it, just glare at them as you continue talking.
Don't follow up with needy BS like "and smoking with you". That's passive-aggressive and displays low value. You need to give off the vibe that you're not used to people not listening to you, which is the opposite of what you're doing.
Eye contact. As soon as you see someone, look at their eyes for a second or two. If they don't look back, ignore them until they engage you. If they make eye contact, hold longer than they do. One good trick I read for this was to try to find your reflection in their eyes. The reflection is actually on the retina, not the lens, and people (especially women) will subconsciously feel like you're looking in to them instead of at them. This is the piercing gaze of an alpha male. Women will get turned on and men will respect you.

You have no value to her. Pick up your phone and talk to a girlfriend of yours, ignore her. Or call her out on her shit, especially if it's your weed you're smoking. Like why the fuck did I invite you if you just smoke my weed without even making conversation. Just don't be a butthurt crybaby about it, just state facts.

Most recent example: My roommate brought over a plate the other night.

Mate, she's not your plate unless you've banged her already.

You could keep making conversation with her friend for a moment as you did with you friend.

This isn't a bitch-shield. She's a genuine bitch full-time.

All women treat me like I'm not even worth acknowledging before I even get a chance to speak.

Maybe you can't see it but usually I can pick up red flags in personality from posture, tone of voice, etc., so I know a woman will be this way before she's had the chance. I then cut her out of contact with me for good so she has no chance to disrespect me or waste my time.

You allowed her to be a cunt, she remained in her state as she reaped the benefits of your high while completely shredding you. You have ZERO value to her. So she needs to be zero value to you, it may feel unatural to put her in the category of "fuck off" but you have to do it, and move on.

What you should have done at the first sign of this bullshit, is grab your joint and walk the fuck out and smoke it yourself. If they want to be like "wtf bro?" you simply respond with a "I prefer to smoke with people who are chill, and this is not chill to me right now." Don't throw a fit, state the fact, move along. There is no reason to brood over shit while sharing your weed, or anything for that matter. If people don't apreciate that, they have ZERO VALUE to YOU. Then go for a walk or a drive to a hobby store and go practice talking to women.

Yes, Hobby lobby is a fucking GOLD MINE. Same with organic groceries stores like Hen House.
