I'm 21, she's 19.

Basically my LTR of 2½ years has gotten vaginismus can't have vaginal intercourse without severe pain. There might also be some vulvar vestibulitis involved but she hasn't been tested for it yet. For a long time, sex has only occasionally been uncomfortable/painful but it got worse this past fall, to the point of her seeking medical help. Now we haven't fucked in 2 months. It might be getting worse. We're having oral sex instead (plenty of 69) but she doesn't seem super into it, possibly because the condition is negatively affecting her interest in sex in general. She is starting proper treatment this weekend and clearly very upset about the whole situation. She talks about feelings of inadequacy and "brokenness" and has broken down crying about it in front of me several times. The condition is fully treatable and curable, but due to its partly psychological nature it’s hard to predict how long it will take to fix.

I trust her. I don't believe she's being dishonest or trying to get out of having sex with me. The relationship is great otherwise and I consider her a quality woman. Many "wife material" boxes checked. I took her virginity and am her first and only boyfriend. She adores me, is always happy, submissive and pleasant, follows me around like a puppy and does shit for me all the time, so I doubt this is about her cheating on me or something like that.

Now, I have committed a cardinal sin of TRP by sitting her down and talking about it. I told her how I get that she has a physiological condition, but her apparent disinterest in/indifference towards even just oral sex is a problem. Her response is that she feels a significantly lower sex drive, and that it makes her even more frustrated because she “should” want it. She assures me that she loves me, is very attracted to me and really wants to have sex but her pussy just isn’t working the way it should and she feels like shit about it.

So all in all, it obviously sucks for her but I feel like I'm losing frame here. I'm being understanding about her condition and helping her fix it, because I want to get back to fucking her, and she's still lovely to me in every other way, but I'm concerned about this affecting her perception of me. I mean what kind of beta stays in a relationship where he doesn’t even get laid, right? It’s a medical condition, and it’s temporary, but I still feel a bit emasculated by not being able to fuck her. And she’s this great little qt3.14 gf in a sea of basic-ass hoes, so breaking up/nexting her is a last resort for me. What the fuck do I do? Am I lowering myself in her eyes by continuing our relationship without getting all my needs fulfilled? If yes, how can I fix that or minimize the damage?
