Short background: 22M (me) ended up making a (in hindsight) mistake of letting my GF(20) move in with me. I ended up paying all the bills for everything currently as she has no job, and doesn't find consistent work. Sure she does the cleaning and cooking for me most of the time and we regularly have sex, but I'm still just dissatisfied with it. I've given her three months so far, and she still hasn't bothered to find work of some sort that's consistent. This all came to a head once I was asked to pay her phone bill as well, and her needing a car to do nanny work despite my truck being perfectly fine. I spend enough money on keeping myself alive, and I seriously think at this point she's seeing me for money only. Something just 'clicked' at that point. And the sex just isn't worth it, not for that much.

My apartment's lease ends in March, is there a way I can force her out come the end of the lease? I'd rather not move as movers are expensive, and I know there's an unfair balance in the relationship where she does nothing but fucking manage the apartment and watch Netflix. That and the fallout can be a potential problem.
