I found that if I have these short but concise sentences I can make better choises. You don't have to make conscious cost/analisys for every decision, but you have to be aware of it.

You can apply this rule to your interactions with women.

With men, you can be more generous. Men are more likely to appreciate favors and reciprocate when needed. Start small. Some men will be deadbeats. You will learn to recognize and discard them with experience.

Those that prove themselves are worth the effort. Having a close group of loyal men who genuinely look out for each other is priceless. Develop the ability to find or build these groups and you can move mountains.

Let's begin

Ask yourself, when I do this, who benefits?

If it isn't me then don't do it. (Learn to say no without explaining yourself)

Be clear with yourself of what do you mean with "benefit"

Is someone getting more benefits that I do by my actions?

If so, stop it and do something that benefits YOU more.

Will I be hindered/disadvantaged by this?

When referring to Benefit think of it in terms of Cause/effect, have always in mind the desired effect

Examples

A woman starts bitching about you not doing something she decided you should do.

What is the desired effect and how can I act in order to make it happen?

If I want her to shut up so, don't answer and do it

If I want her to shut up and I don't have to do it. Don't answer and get away from her.

A friend of yours asks you if you are ok with him borrowing your car.

Again What is the desired effect and how can I act in order to make it happen.

If I need to use this car but don't want to ruin friendship. Find another car or politely reject him

If I won't need the car, and want to help a friend. Lend him the car

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY

In my life, what is the desired effect that I want.

How can I get it?

This is a post for the community, if someone wants to add or remove something I'll look into it.
