I'm somewhat new to this, so weigh this against the more learned advice here:

I assume this is the point where you don't "talk to her about this" and let her hamster run wild with a simple "ok" response.

If she actually wants you but is playing games, she will contact you again, just keep setting up meetups and continue to fool around in bed.

If she found somewhere else to have her fun, she won't contact you, or will, but won't hang out.

If she thinks things are going too fast but still wants you, or wants you to be an orbiter, she'll try to get you to do things that don't involve ending up back either of your places.

Also, telling her you should date was a mistake. I am in the latter half of my twenties, but I've found that "dating" is implied when you go out and do these types of things, same thing with "hooking up". I think both of those terms might scare someone this fickle away, better to let them bring it up.
