As most of Europe (and overwhelmingly moreso Scandinavia) is heavily effected by feminism - possibly moreso than the US - yes, TRP is still applicable.

The reality is, the sexual strategy espoused in the TRP targets lizard-brain level stuff that is present in all human females. However, depending on how far feminism has progressed in a given society dictates how foreign the concepts sound. The more foreign, the better job feminism has done, and the more these truths of human nature have been hidden from you.

There might be certain shit tests you don't have to deal with there if the culture doesn't specifically enable them. It seems Dutch girls can take an honest compliment better than girls from some other countries, but that's a rather small change.

Yes, I also live in Western Europe (here from the US) and TRP applies same as anywhere else. What differences come to mind when you're thinking about how the States and the Netherlands are different?
