Feeling like you're not in great shape? Get there.

Bad/low paying job? Work on getting a better one (bonus points if it's a job you actually enjoy).

Look like a walking, talking flashback to the 80s? Change your wardrobe.

All in all, improve yourself in as many always as possible. Heighten your SMV.

  • As others' have said read everything on therationalmale.
  • After that, read this reddit and don't bother commenting for at least a month unless you're asking a question.
  • Exercise at least 3 times a week
  • Talk to people. If you're like me you may want to avoid women entirely for a while. Men are by far more interesting to talk to and there's no pressure.

In terms of doing: practice approaching and follow 30 Days of Discipline.
