Simple "Thank you" or ignore.

You're not obligated to mock appreciation. You're not obligated to return a compliment. You're not obligated to strike up conversation. But the door is wide open, the woman has approached you, so this is easy mode for you. Just do what you want, and don't analyze what she says. Give her some attention or don't, it's all context.

Personally I just agree with compliments. If a woman says to me something like "I like your beard," I'll say "me too." If I'm interested in her, I'm looking at her like I'm interested, otherwise the interaction is complete.

Depends. I have a horrible way of answering compliments from mostly-strangers. I just say "I know." with a stupid grin.

Take the compliment, but don't lose track of what you were doing. Then continue what you were doing or start a whole new conversation with those women. They are most probably attracted to you.

"Thanks, I like your boobs"
"Thanks, I like your ... " whatever, this starts the conversation. Eg: Thanks, I like your necklace, is that Mexican jewelry? Did you actually go to Mexico to buy it" ... conversation ensues.
"You should see my ass, it's pretty hot"
"Babe, you don't need a line to get my attention, you could've just said, 'Hi'"
