So I have been seeing this girl for about a month or so, I met her at work and everything has been swell in terms of dates, conversation, sex, good times all around. Sometime around the middle of all of this, I had been promoted at my workplace to a managerial position, which isn't an issue as long as we are both professional about the way we go about our relationship. I honestly very much so enjoy her companionship and have no problems with this stage of our connection, yet I don't really want to go too much further with the idea of "dating" or putting a label on something for no reason.

So far, I have not been seeing other women, but if the opportunity arose then I wouldn't want to be chained down to something. I am a strong disbeliever of "love" or any other abstract concept of the nature, I just enjoy the social aspect of "dating".

So, now I get to the question at hand, when she asks if we are being exclusive together, or asks where things may end up, how do I go about telling her that I want to remain where we are as companions and not delve into exclusivity and enact stronger emotions?
