I'm content to skip a day once or twice a week as long as they are not in succession. If my husband's boner held a magical cure to rid me of migraines I would be insisting on getting daily action whether he liked it or not, but unfortunately I do not seem to get this particular benefit. The fact that sex is vital to keeping you and your partner connected and happy should be reason enough to engage as often as possible.
