No big surprises:

Unattractive people with unattractive behaviors don't have sex without acting even MORE unattractive to get sex. I see all the buzzwords of failure: Duty, Porn, ED, feelings... Garden variety shit show.

No discussion by the men about what they do to better themselves, as all comments center around how wifey won't give it up and how unreceptive they are to ham-fisted advances.

The women commenting are at least somewhat descriptive, if not honest. They find their husbands gross, so they don't want to fuck them.

All in all, seen from a plugged in lens, someone might try to choreplay or communicate more, but that's not what any of the women commentators are actually requesting. They would like a hawt man to get them sufficiently wet and fuck them to orgasm. Seems simple enough.
