Little back round, I just got out of a relationship, just stopped using drugs, and am ready to get my Life fucking straight. It has always been something I work on but I am really focusing just on me without any distractions or as least as little as possible.

I am attractive, get tons of woman (never been the problem), have a pretty decent job at a hospital. But inside I hate who I am or who I was becoming while using opiates. I loved myself on them (confident, alpha as fuck) but when Im off I lost it all. I want to be happy with who I truly am, and feel that I lost myself through all of it. with that being said.

I have been following and reading through TRP for a little while now. I have acquired some great traits I guess you can say from it. I felt as though I was becoming a true alpha male. Last night that kind of changed I was around a group of older guys. all jacked with nice cars just carefree confident as shit. Almost intimidating, And it made me feel like wow I got a long way to go.

How did some of you who have went from beta to alpha, How did you get there? I feel lost inside and feel like I dont know how to react "alpha" in certain citations. I dont feel comfortable with myself and that will kill my trueee confidence (im good at faking it). What are some things that really helped you get to where you are today. BOOKS? reads? experiences? videos?

I need help finding myself and becoming what I want but Im not sure how to get there, anyone have any advice?
