25 is too young to get married.
But if you are going ahead, the best advise I can give is to keep your finances separated. You keep your paycheck going to your account and she hers. When she wants something she has to have the money for it. You are not her beta buck. Have her pay for 50% of the rent/mortgage. she can paypal you the money and you pay it. Start with the gift money from the marriage. you get the money from your friends/family and she hers.
Stay manly.
Don't lose touch with your male friendships.

My free tip of the day is: DON'T GET MARRIED ASSHOLE. You will lose all your power. Sure she will dress it up with lots of sex for the first week (although mine informed me on our honeymoon after MONTHS of daily sex: "I don't have to have sex with you every day") so be prepared for the honeymoon freeze-out. If it doesn't happen that week, COUNT ON it happening slowly over the next days and weeks. By the end of the year you have been denied sex more than 10 times and she will be fully in control- and soon after that the sex will die down to 1-2 times a month and the Shit Tests you find so cute now will be unending, relentless, continual, until you are a beaten down shell of a man who can no longer resist her and simply leave...leave...leave. You will spend more time at work just to avoid the incessant bitching, complaining, demanding, and nasty, frosty behaviors.

My second tip is: If you MUST get married, be sure your future ~~sex denying harpy~~ wife knows that SEX ON DEMAND is a prerequisite to your commitment. Full Stop.

This should be interesting though- why not keep a diary of your sexual denials. In a year when it is up to every 4 out of 5 times you initiate and 1-2 times a month tell us how excited you are about your ~~best friend~~ wife.

Apart from everything that other posters have said, I would advise you to take advantage of this opportunity to "reset" your relationship. Man up etc. Consider it a clean slate of sorts. Your new life as a husband starts the day you get married. YMMV. People say that marriage doesn't change you. Others say that if it doesn't change you you're not doing it right. The MRP starting point for most people on here is after a few years (decades) of marriage. You are in a really good place to establish your marriage on the right foundations from day one. Again, YMMV.

I had a pretty solid awakening about the nature of women before discovering TRP. Unfortunately, I didn't know about TRP until well after I was married, so I wasn't fully aware of the dangers of marriage.

If I had to go back and do it again, I would probably still be with my wife, but I'm positive I wouldn't be married to her. Even if you have the tightest game and the most solid frame, it puts you in a position of powerlessness. Why any man would knowingly put himself in that position is beyond me.

It's not too late. Seriously reconsider what you're doing. Also take a few days to ask your male buddies for their honest opinion of this girl. Extract their honesty with a syringe if you have to, but make sure you listen no matter how painful.

I stayed common-law. It's basically like marriage was in the 60s at this point.

Just turn off the blinders... most guys in here were alpha before the wedding, and it crept up. Unfortunately, you'll probably do the same, until theres a moment where she finally gives you that 'initial post' moment that the new users in here get.
