Short version:
Wife got a steroid shot, she's now been on her period for 3 strait weeks, and she's so far unwilling to do anything about it.

Longer version: My birthday weekend was coming up and my wife was feeling sick so she goes and gets a steroid shot to help her feel better. Weekend comes and goes about two months ago. Now this month on the 1st she stared her period right on time. But that fucker still hasn't stopped. She's one of those women where when she's on her period, she gets a "get out of jail free" card, and doesn't have to fool around. So no blowjobs, hand jobs, nothing. I am about to go nuts over here.

In my rational mind, if roles were reversed and I had some medical condition that made it impossible for me to talk to her for one week out of the month, and for some fucked up reason that got extended to three weeks one month, for one, I wouldn't go around the house asking questions like "What's wrong?" "Why are you angry all the time?" "What's with the scowl?", and two, I would figure out a way to communicate with her, because i KNOW that is something that she needs. So why is it that my wife acts like she doesn't know what the problem is, and why doesn't she do something about it.

What the hell am I suppose to do? Walk in and say "On your knees wench!" I feel so fucking angry all the time, and I know that her period is not her fault; but she knows that this is something I need. Why the hell is she not willing to do anything to resolve this?

What pisses me off even more is, I know I can easily go longer than this without any anger issues; but that's when I know what I am up against. If I knew I was going to get a three week+ dry spell, I could have prepared myself for this mentally. But thinking next week I get to go back to pound town... Okay maybe tomorrow... Maybe this weekend... Okay seriously... Next week. Definitely next week... WTF... It drives me nuts.

I participate in a sport every day that allows me to let off this steam (no I am not talking about the masterbation olympics), but between work and family, it's been almost two weeks since I've been able to do that. So that only makes the bear that more agitated. I was going to go this morning, but 30 minutes before I walk out the door work calls. To add insult to injury the wife was going to work out and take the kids. I tell her I can't go work out and she says "Well... Now you can keep the kids." kiss and walks out the door.

Question at hand: I openly admit that I am a recovering "nice guy", and at times I treat her more as an equal than most of you guys are willing to do; so that is why I am here right now. I am asking for your opinion on how you all would handle this situation. When she gets back from workout, what would you guys do? I know what I feel like doing. I feel like walking in as she walks into the bedroom, locking the door, and saying "I need you to get your cloths off, and get on your knees." I just can't convince what's left of my "nice guy" to be okay with that. And that "failure" is what stresses me out even more. I talk myself into saying or doing stuff like that, and then at the last minute I can't go through with it. Then that leads to personal failure and doubt.
