I'm about a month into lifting and ignoring shit tests. Very empowering, but sometimes I have questions. Hoping to see this channel is not as dead as my bedroom.

You can cut and paste almost any post for a frustrated mid lifer, and that's me. Good job. Happy kids. Dead bedroom. Try to talk about it? Share some feelings? Nope!! Misdirection, fogging, excuses, migraines - you've heard it all.

The only thing a little different with me, is I am 98% sure my wife has Asperger syndrome. She once told me that my desire to have more physical contact is my problem, not 'our' problem. I said, oh so you think I should 'fix my problem?'. Anyway... she's clueless. But only just a little less clueless than I was.

So anyway I am moving forward with the near certain expectation that we will separate. Unlike many men, I've also protected my house with a legal agreement, so it is quite easy to not give a fuck, with the exception that I mostly like my nice quiet life with the kids being under my roof.

As for questions, I'm 130 LBS and have a hard time bulking so I may have the odd question around those lines.

My plan is to focus JUST on fitness for at least 6 months, and then start building a brotherhood of men in the city I live in and take on some causes. In other words, get busy.

Anyway - already hitting my TLDR limit. God Speed.
