Long story short, been reading side bars NMMNG, Rationale Male, WISNIFG, etc. Been doing well in STFU and holding frame. Last night the wife and I had sex, couldn't nut, was a bit drunk, anywho, she goes through my phone while I was knocked out and finds a message between me and a chick I met at a military class months ago. this girls like one of the guys and we flirted and shit, but we always talked about me hooking her up with a buddy of mine. one of the messages I sent her tho was like "when you gonna spread your love for me", in a joking, feeling her vibes kinda way, than we talk about my boy I think she'd be good with etc. But the wife saw that, is throwing fits, bitching me out, it's Christmas day...how do I hold frame in this shit test without over apologizing, I literally have no interest in this chick and vice versa
