first look for validation only from yourself.

second, don’t associate with people who treat you poorly.

third, it’s easy to forgive if you don’t care.

forth, you are not broken or a victim take responsibility for your actions and feelings.

First you need to understand that nobody helps other men emotionally, especially women.

A needy man is a huge turn off for women, so even if they ask you to open up don't do it because it's a shit test.

Also women associate only with men they would fuck or give them something using her looks as leverage.

Overall, don't waste time with a woman, they don't have a credit system that takes notes about how many times you helped them. Treat them like you would treat a terrorist, you need leverage to control her actions. That's why in the film industry ugly men get hot women. Women cannot say no to sell their bodies to get profit out of it.

Accept AWALT and disassociate yourself because it only FEELS personal. You need to ghost her and accept that the validation you seek (her "talkativeness") can only truly come from within. What real validation can you get from someone who loves a pet more than you, as you stated yourself? If you practice self care, you can tell yourself with absolute certainty, " I care about myself, and It's going to be ok," even in the darkest moments. No thot needed.

Listen firstly accept that the help and the emotional anchor you look for is no where to be found. Let the truth sink in, now the next step is to do something about it. Just shut up and start focusing on your own strengths, you have to be really busy making money and bettering your own life so much, that the issue you have are now facing will be the least of your concern. Seven stages of grief is a thing. Don't push yourself to heal, give it time. You'll heal it'll take time no doubt but you'll be alright. Just don't try to fill to void by putting in someone new, that won't be the answer.

It's also a right for self introspection. Irrespective of how shirty the other person was there's always some room of improvement in oneself. Try to identify that and work on it. You'll be alright bud.
