So me and my bf have been together for 2 years and I've noticed a behaviour of mine which I really want to improve on! whenever we go out for the day or evening, I'm hyper observant of him when an attractive woman walks by to see if he's interested. Its really embarrassing to admit because our relationship is healthy and he makes me feel so loved and special - I just think this is my own insecurity playing with me.

My last relationship ended 4 years ago, he cheated and was always being unfaithful with other women, but I went through deep therapy to overcome the traumas.. but still feel this insecure feeling creeping up on me in my new relationship. I havent spoken about this with my bf as I feel it's my issue to address (hes not doing anything wrong and just glances at the people walking towards him as anyone does) but I am interpreting it in the wrong way! Any advice on ways to approach this / strategies to help with being insecure in this way? At the moment I'm unable to afford therapy so looking for self improvement ways. Many thanks
