I'd say try and think of something to say that makes it seem like you thought she was joking from the get-go. Maybe something like "You and (your friend) still down for that threesome friday?" Something that shows you knew it was a shit test the whole time and also shows that you're thinking of your friend (bros before hoes).
You could maybe send a screenshot to your friend and say, "I think your gf wants to cheat on you. if you want, I can lead her on and see if she does". Depends if she was with him when she sent it. Tough situation haha.
