Here is what I would do. If you feel she is very respectful to you then treat her with more respect in kind. If she is attractive enough to be a LTR and you feel you want that, then see if she keeps behaving so nice as time goes on.

I think you should always be friends with your fuckbuddies at the least, so you should treat them how you wpuld treat a friend. I know I have some friends I would dp more for because they have always been there for me.
