You reply, something simple like an inside joke between the two of you, which would lead to a positive response, which you pivot into logistics on the next meetup.

To answer some of the comments on the balance of validation vs. leading, I only validate (or give comfort/show emotion) immediately after a date. So, nighttime after the date, and the following day. Only to women I’ve had sex with and if she’s drama free.

This keeps the momentum going. Once you meet her a couple of times, then you have yourself a plate.

You shouldn't have ignored her text after she got home. Just replied with something like "Thanks. It was really good meeting you. We should definitely do this again sometime."

Now that it's been four hours, text her back something simple, like "Sorry. Fell asleep as soon as I got home and missed your text. It was really good meeting you. We should definitely do this again sometime."

If she responds in any capacity besides telling you she's not interested, suggest a date and time for your next meeting.
